What is THE ALCHEMYTHS?
The Alchemyths is live streaming, interactive storytelling with mass audience participation.
Using the power of Twitch, and hosted by a live, reactive cast featuring some of the best voice actors on the scene, we can create and tell new, compelling interactive stories.
The audience interacts directly with The Alchemyths’ Story Engine, through a combination of votes and mini-games, to drive pre-scripted, branching narrative stories, with the actors’ camera feeds backed by dynamic music, sound effects and artwork.
Each show brings an entirely unique experience: as the audience’s votes shape the story, their suggestions and interjections influence the performances of the cast, with each interaction between the audience and cast contributing to the shared energy and thrill of the live theatrical experience.
Live Stream Stats
The Alchemyths Pilot aired at 7pm on Friday, 11th Feb 2022, and with the backing of Twitch themselves, we had a front-page slot. The engagement and success of the prototype went beyond what we could have possibly hoped for.
With a featured spot on the Twitch front page, the show was watched by an average of more than 2,000 viewers, whose engagement with The Alchemyths pilot went beyond our expectations for a previously unknown channel. The audience responded warmly and with great enthusiasm to the performances given by our returning cast –

In order to establish the feasibility and audience appetite for the concept, we created a prototype and live-streamed a pilot episode of The Alchemyths on Twitch. This was all possible using our application Story Engine.
